We also offer offline payment (via ATM or transfer to our bank account) for Hong Kong and Taiwan customers. No need for a minimum purchase. Simply because we want you to enjoy shopping from the best designers around the World and not worry about the Where. Express shipping is also available for a little extra.

ShopDesCréateurs.com knows well enough how impatient you are to try out your new top or earrings! So each designer commits to prepare carefully and ship your order within 2 working days. The tracking number(s) of parcel(s) will then be emailed to you and indicated on your account page - We will also keep an eye on it for you. Depending on the distance, you shall receive your parcel(s) between 2 and 9 days after shipment.

Above all, ShopDesCréateurs.com wants you to be happy when you order it but also when you open the so-awaited box. You will have 7 days after delivery to return any product you wouldn’t be satisfied with, in its original parcel and state, for a refund. Return shipping will be at your expense, unless of course the designer made a mistake when preparing your order. 

We have also implemented a chat module at the bottom of each page of the site so that you can talk to us in real time and ask any question you may have about styling or fitting. If we are not available to chat (or if you don't want to), you will also be able to send us an email. We will get back to you in no time!

How to return a product?

We want it to be no hassle: just send us an email at return@shopdescreateurs.com no later than 7 days after delivery of the product you want to return, with your order number and the name of the product. We will confirm the return address to you within 24 hours and process the refund to your account as soon as delivery and perfect condition of the returned product are confirmed.
