Shop des Createurs operates as a marketplace (meaning we do not hold any inventory) for selected fashion designers around the world. Products are shipped by their respective designers.
Products you can buy on www.shopdescreateurs.com are described by their respective designers, ensuring detailed and accurate information about available sizes, colors, fabrics used, cleaning advice, etc… LSDC Ltd. shall not be hold accountable for any involuntary inaccurate or missing information. Please notify us of any mistake or inconsistency by sending us an email to customer@shopdescreateurs.com
Products you can buy on www.shopdescreateurs.com are displayed while stock lasts. Out of stock products are either not displayed or marked as “out of stock” and not orderable. If, despite our vigilance, a product you ordered is actually unavailable, we commit to contact you without delay and by all means - we will present our sincere apologies and offer an immediate refund. |
| Article 2. Price, VAT, customs and shipping |
By default, prices are indicated in HK$ (Hong Kong dollars) but you can switch to US$ (American dollars), £ (British pounds) or € (Euros) at any time before ordering. The conversion is done using mid-market rates (the mid-point between the "buy" and "sell" rates from global currency markets), updated daily, without any hidden fee or profit margin. Please note that your bank may charge a conversion fee for paying in any other currency than your bank account’s.
A product price can be changed (increased or decreased) by the Company at any time following the decision of its designer. Applicable price is the one shown at the time of your order.
Prices shown do not include VAT (Value Added Tax). No VAT will be levied by us on a product whose country of origin differs from the country of delivery (except if both are in the European Union). Please note that there is a risk that the customs of the delivery country will levy VAT and custom duties on that product. If that happens, you will be contacted by customs or by the carrier to clear customs so that your product can continue its journey. No custom duties will be levied within the European Union.
If both countries are the same (or if both are in the European Union), VAT (if any) will be levied by us. The applicable rate is the VAT rate of the country of delivery at the time of your order - with the following temporary exception: if you order from a designer based in France to an address in the EU, French VAT rate will be applied.
Prices shown include national and international shipping costs. Shipping method is standard shipping with a tracking service and standard coverage for loss & damage. Shipping company is at designer's choice, based on his/her own experience. |
| Article 3. Ordering |
If you wish to place an order on www.shopdescreateurs.com (thank you!), you can either create an account or check out as a "guest". We will collect your full name, mailing address, email address and phone number to process your order.
If you wish to create an account to check the status of your order later and order in a more convenient way in the future, we will securely store your login and a password of your choice on our servers. We may ask for additional information to know you better but this will always be optional. Please check carefully those data before saving.
By the validation of the order, you confirm having either 18 years, or if less, that you have the parental consent to proceed with order. The authorized minor makes a commitment to inform about the collection of its personal data the holder of parental rights, which can oppose to their preservation. In any event, the person holding the parental rights and duties over the minor may exercise the right to access, rectification and cancellation of the data.
Please keep your account login and password confidential, they attest to your identity and to your full acceptance of those terms & conditions.
After identifying yourself, you will be able to check once again your order (product names, sizes, quantities, prices, VAT if applicable, and total price). Please take enough time to do so.
After acknowledging the acceptance of those terms & conditions by ticking the appropriate box, you will proceed to payment. You can either pay with your credit card or your Paypal account. Paypal payment platform is the world’s most-secured way to shop online. Your order payment will be processed directly on Paypal’s servers and therefore your bank details won’t ever transit on the Shop’s website.

In any cases, cash and cheque payment will not be accepted.
We will confirm your order with details you provided as soon as your payment is received in full. A product remains the property of its designer until full payment is received. Please keep both confirmations (from Paypal/your credit card issuer and from us) as a proof of the transaction. |
| Article 4. Fraud prevention |
We reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer flagged for payment issues or having a pending dispute or litigation with LSDC Ltd.
Please make sure your personal data are consistent with the information you provide. Any inconsistency noticed in the information you provided will cause your order to be suspended. We will contact you as soon as possible and put it right together. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the inconsistency cannot be resolved.
Again, please keep your account login and password confidential. We encourage you to change your password from time to time and to do a quick check of your data each time you place a new order (thank you again!). |
| Article 5. Shipping & Delivery |
Our designers commit to prepare carefully and ship your order within 2 working days of the notification of order. If for any reason (away on vacation or for a fashion show, on sick leave, etc…) the designer is not able to do so, the expected shipping day will be mentioned on the product page before you order.
You will be able to track your order by logging in to your account: you will get a tracking number for each designer you ordered from. Unfortunately we cannot commit to a delivery date for the moment. National deliveries usually take a few days and international deliveries, 7 days or more depending on the distance between countries and ease of access of your address.
Orders are shipped using national or international package delivery companies renowned for their speed and reliability. But to make sure you get your order properly or your money back, orders are shipped with a tracking service and standard coverage for loss & damage. Here is some advice for when you receive a parcel:

Never sign the delivery receipt before checking thoroughly the condition of the box in the presence of the mailman. If he/she doesn’t let you control it, do not sign and do not accept the parcel. |

If you notice anything, note it down precisely on the receipt, do not sign and do not accept the parcel. |

If the box looks perfectly fine, simply sign the delivery receipt and keep a copy. Disclaimers such as “box in good condition” have no legal value. |

If the parcel was delivered in your absence, check thoroughly the condition of the box. If you notice anything, do not open the parcel but bring it back to the nearest carrier’s office instead.

If there is any problem with delivery (delayed delivery, lost or damaged parcel, lost or damaged product), please notify us immediately by sending an email to customer@shopdescreateurs.com at the latest 24 hours after delivery. If unfortunately you have accepted the parcel and the product received is damaged, please attach a picture of it and of its packaging to your email. We’ll work with the designer and the carrier to ensure you get your order quickly or provide any information necessary to support your claim against the carrier. If we don’t hear from you, your order will be deemed “delivered”.

| Article 6. Return policy |
You will have 7 days (working and non-working) after delivery to return any product you wouldn’t be satisfied with, in its original parcel and condition (not worn, not washed, and with its original label). If we don’t hear from you, your order will be deemed “delivered”.
Return shipping will be at your expense (as well as any duties and taxes that customs may levy in the case of an international return outside of the European Union), unless of course the designer made a mistake when preparing your order.
We want returns to be no hassle: just send us an email to return@shopdescreateurs.com no later than 7 days after delivery with your order number, the designer name, and the name of the product you want to return. We will send you a return identification number, confirm you the return address within 24 hours and hold the refund until the designer acknowledges delivery and condition of the returned product. You will have 2 working days to ship the product (stamped date as proof).
We recommend using standard shipping with a tracking number and insurance for loss and damage, and to mention "defective merchandise" on the shipping label. Neither the Shop nor the designer shall be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned product. |
Article 7. Privacy Protection Policy

We value your privacy and have implemented a strict privacy protection policy in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong SAR.
If you want to place an order with us, you do not need to create an account and can check out as a "guest". Our site also offers the possibility of writing reviews and comments on product pages. Your identity and any information pertaining will never be stored on our servers.
The website www.shopdescreateurs.com uses “cookies” to make your online experience more enjoyable by recognizing you and customizing pages according to your previous visits. Cookies are not spywares: they do not scan your computer but merely stores information you entered earlier on the website. You can delete or prevent the use of cookies in your web browser settings.
Shop des Createurs may also contact you for marketing and customer service quality improvement purposes, including but not limited to our newsletter, special offers, exclusive event invitations, customer surveys, product inventory updates, joint marketing offers or answers to your enquiries. In any case we will limit all communications to fashion and lifestyle related content. You can decide to unsubscribe from such communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails or by emailing us at any time and at no charge at info@shopdescreateurs.com.
Only our employees, business partners or regulatory authorities might have access to your personal data. We will never give away, rent or sell your personal data to other parties apart from those mentioned above. If you wish to update your data, please email us at info@shopdescreateurs.com.

| Article 8. Intellectual Property Rights |
The brand Shop des Créateurs, the logo Shop des Créateurs and the slogan "Be unique, Look unique", "Stand out from mainstream fashion", as well as the URL www.shopdescreateurs.com and all of its content is owned by LSDC Ltd. or its business partners and are protected worldwide. Please feel free to send us an email to info@shopdescreateurs.com if you wish to use any of them.
Any reproduction without the prior written consent of the Company or of its partners is strictly prohibited and constitutes an intellectual property rights infringement. |
| Article 9. Validity of the Terms & Conditions |
If one of the articles was deemed invalid by a change in legislation or a court ruling, we commit to make all necessary changes to the article in question, without delay, the other articles holding validity nonetheless.
Any specific, one-off, written agreement made between you and LSDC Ltd. wouldn’t alter otherwise the validity of those Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend those terms & conditions at anytime. Any change will take effect as soon as announced on the homepage of www.shopdescreateurs.com. If you happen to disagree with the changes, please do not place any new order. Applicable terms & conditions are those in effect at the time of your order. |
| Article 10. Force majeure |
| We commit to inform you, without delay and by any means, if part of or the whole execution of those terms & conditions has to be suspended in case of “force majeure”, defined as an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our or the designer’s or our business partner’s control, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, or natural disaster. |
| Article 11. Conflict settlement |
| You and LSDC Ltd. agree to look for an out-of-court settlement to any dispute pertaining or not to those terms & conditions, if necessary by requesting the arbitration of an independent mediator. If no settlement can be found, jurisdiction is given to the commercial court of Hong Kong SAR. |
| Article 12. Online safety |
| We recommend you to visit www.shopdescreateurs.com only with a computer or mobile terminal protected against viruses and spywares. LSDC Ltd. shall not hold accountable for any loss of data, phishing or identity theft attempt resulting from the use of online services.
